| American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is conducting open registration for the Fall Soccer Season. Open Registration means no tryouts; all boys and girls between the ages of 4½ (by July 31 2007) and 18 that register get to play – as long as there are enough players registered to fill the teams, and enough coaches to coach them. |
|
| AYSO is a volunteer organization that needs coaches and referees. Parents -- please volunteer to be coach or referee (no experience is necessary - we train you), or better yet, volunteer for a board position and have a voice in how the Region is run. AYSO is for the children, and does not exist without your help. |

| What Are the Registration Fees? |
|
- $75.00 per player if registered before June 14th
- $100.00 per player if registered after June 14th
- A $5.00 sibling discount is applied for each additional child registered from the same family.
- There will be no fundraiser
- Please bring your child's birth certificate when registering.

| What is Included in the Registration Fees? |
|
- Mandatory AYSO insurance coverage
- Uniform (shirt, shorts, and socks), players get to keep their uniforms
- Trophy for each child
- A positive soccer experience that is safe, fun and fair
- 11 match dates (U6 & U8), 9 match dates and playoff tournament (U10 & up). September through November. Matches are played on Saturdays. Weather and field conditions impact the actual number of matches that will be played. No matches will be conducted when conditions are not safe for the children. No matches are played over the Thanksgiving weekend.

| What Will Your Child Need? |
|
- Shin guards (children are not allowed to practice or play without shin guards)
- A soccer ball (U14 & up (age 12-18): size 5, U10 & U12 (age 8-11): size 4,
U8 & U6 (age 4-7): size 3)
- Athletic shoes (soccer cleats are recommended). Shoes must not have a toe cleat.
- A water bottle (bring to both practices and matches).

Note: The above locations are pick up and drop off only.
They do not administer AYSO program. |

| Note: Teams will be formed during July. Practices will begin after August 1st, and match play will begin in September. Parents will be contacted with their child(ren)'s team assignments during the last week of July or the first week of August. |
